 About Autistic RN

HI! I'm MArilise.

I’m a nurse, writer, and late-diagnosed autistic.

This space is where I share stories and resources that blend my lived experience with professional insight.

My goal is to reframe how autism is understood in healthcare, to advocate for more inclusive systems, and to empower neurodivergent professionals.

My writing is part reflection, part resource, & all heart.

Reading your posts helps me feel like I’m not alone in this. As a nurse with ADHD, I’ve often felt overwhelmed and misunderstood. Your honesty and vulnerability are such a gift — thank you for putting these experiences into words.
